Hi I am relatively new to Joomla and am using Joomla 2.5 and have purchased Post by email pro. Posting from a normal pop3 account it claims to import multiple emails but i can only find 1 in the content areas. Where are the rest?

Also trying to import from Gmail but imports nothing and i get pop.gmail.com:995]: Unable to establish link to the POP3 server. POP3 connect: Error []


I am using Mac OS mountain Lion and MAMP PRO 2.1

Can you please help?

dazza98, joomla 2.5 have duplicate content protection. If you have imported one email once, this email can't be imported again. Delete content item with same title before import. And from trashed items also.

To switch off duplicates protection, use option Use MD5 aliases. This will generate aliases of content items as MD5 string with date, hour and second inside and no matter are your articles only with one title or not, all imported articles will be with different urls (aliases).
