Download Package Is Incomplete [solved], Download package is incomplete Options

I have downloaded the mailorder-for-joomla-k2-support-unzip.zip and installed it, but the package is incomplete.
I get only the parameters settings.
There is no option or anything else where I can specify the templates etc.
In this thread https://3dwebdesign.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=143 the first image is the only thing I see when I go to the extension.

Ths is the free version that dont have templates functions. Only paid Mail Order pro support templates and other functions. Description of functions of Mail Order Pro.

Now component have integration with content and K2. Others:

1. Mail Order pro can work in all components that support parsing of content plugins.
2. If you make small modification in code of current component, will work with 90% of joomla components. We not guarantee (because we dont test with many of them, number is huge)

So i bought the paid version.
But i do not understand the documentation in this thread: https://3dwebdesign.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=303
When I go to the component I get only the parameters settings and I use the settings as in the thread above.
But how do I use the default template?
Is there another more detailed documentation?

More detailed - no. You can use parameters id, formtpl and buy like in example:
