Hello, give us more details, What is your version?
Some feeds are not allow importing, are blocked by admin of this site may be. This happened only with feeds from this site? This error is shown if: - this feed not allow import - is blocked by htaccess - memory_limit of your server is too low. I recommend you 64 mb and over. - your server use php < 5.2. Version of php must be 5.2 and over. See aggregator requirements. No, problem is not in filetype - xml. Aggregator can aggregate any most types of rss feeds, problem is with https on other feed.

Problem is not within aggregator, did You know some other site with rss feeds with https to test?
I mean other site, not docenti.unina.it. We test, again not working.
This function is not supported by simplpie parser that Joomla Aggregator use. I yesterday I manually deleted the folder's contents
"Com_3daggregator" then I reinstalled on the server 3d aggregator but inside the folder is no longer the inc folder and all other files, the com_3daggregator folder is empty but the component still works, not I understand why I tried to put the file on SimplePie, but I had no good results, the answer is always the same feed imported 0 |

This component has no site part, only admin part. Site part is added only for compatibility.
Update only .inc file! File is located in: Код administrator/components/3d_aggregator/inc/simplepie

Sorry, no rss parser that support this. Other feed parsers not support this too.
