If someone wants to translate the "Buy" word that appears when you inset <p>{mailorder}</p>, you should edit:

.../public_html/plugins/content/mailorder.php

Search for:

return $row->text = str_replace( '{mailorder}', '<a rel="SqueezeBox" class="mailorder" href="'.$url.'">'.JText::_('Buy').'</a>', $row->text );

}


You should change: ('Buy') wit your translation word and save.

In Mail Order Pro if you want to show "Some text" before order link you should use code like this:

return ''.JText::_('BUY NOW').' <a rel="nofollow" class="mailorder" href="'.$url.'"><strong>'.JText::_('BUY NOW2').'</strong></a>';
}

And if you want to stylish order link you should use code like this:

    return '<hr class="dotted"/>'.JText::_('BUY NOW').' <a rel="nofollow" class="mailorder" href="'.$url.'"><strong>'.JText::_('BUY NOW2').'</strong></a><hr class="dotted"/>';
}

Or like this:

Why don't you just add:
JPlugin::loadLanguage('com_mailorder', JPATH_SITE);

at the top off plugins/content/mailorder.php
below defined( '_JEXEC' ) or die( 'Restricted access' );
