I'm trying sports prediction. I use it both on IE than on FF.

The problem is this:
do I log into the Control Admin Panel of joomla. within the panel of SPORTPREDICTION and create a new league championships.
When I click on "Save", the system sends me out of the admin panel of joomla and I can't log in again.
If I type my password again does not recognize it.

I encounter this problem if I create something new and except with SPORTPREDICTION.

What's going on.

Option a: clear your coockies and restart your browser.
Option b: this user dont have permission to access component.

Check permissions of component:

the changes are saved regularly but am sent out every time I click on "Save and Close"

Will check this again, but say me what version of joomla and what version of sports predictions you use?
And what is your email from order - used in forum email is not associated with any order.

I check again on both our test sites - there is no such a error in component. To resolve your problem we need joomla super admin account and ftp access to site.

Before send login data to me, be sure that you use latest version. Latest is Sports Predictions 1.2.1, released on 27.06.2012.

how can i get a latest version ?

Ok, i will post here short guide how to download updates:

1. Register in 3D Web Design with exact email from your order
2. Login
3. Open menu my orders - your orders will be there.

Is this clear?

We can't know what is the problem only on this description. I have say over 500 times in different topics in this forum: the way to resolve custom problems are only one - link how to receive support in my signature - is in every of my posts.

If you send us login data for joomla admin (admin must have rights to install new extensions) and ftp access (to modify files) we will see what is problem.

I am 99.99% sure, that the problem you are experiencing is caused by the (misconfiguration of the) JFusion component, installed on your site.

The first time I logged in I got the same behaviour - I got kicked out as soon as I tried to save a new team. Then I got a surprise - I was unable to log in again into your site.
Today (after you sent the FTP access details) I tried to replicate this odd behaviour and to track down the problem. I couldn't as the Sports predictions component now worked as expected - I was able to create and modify teams and I was able to login more than once. The JFusion component seems to be disabled.

All of this makes me think that the problem is not with our component but with some third party software which enhances the Joomla's user management. From the swift look I took upon the installed components on your site I think its JFusion.

The system saves your changes but every time you throw out.

We can't reproduce your problem.

Yesterday everything was OK? I was able to login and work in the sports predictions component without being logged out - I created several teams, edited some of them and others I have deleted. All of this includes multiple page reloads without being logged out. Furthermore I was able to log out and then log in again without a problem.

For me, you have a problem with the user management / sessions on your site. I am 100% sure, though, that the problem is not caused by our component.

To check that i am right, install sports predictions on clear joomla, without couple of security components that rewrite user rights and access rights.

But I wonder:
why I find this problem only when using the component SPORTSPREDICTION?

I dont know but why this is happened only in site with security components installed? Maybe only this component is with not configured rights in these security components.

I guarantee you that if we can find problem, will be resolved in the same working day. But problem is only on your install and only some times, not any time and not in all browsers. I have tested over one hour with ie and opera - all work perfect.

We can't fix bugs in other "security" components and we can't fix some broken joomla install. Why just not use component on oyher site and not write here result?

I understand perfectly that you can not correct the problems of the other components. This, however, is not as you say.
The problem persists. I uninstalled jfusion but the problem remains. he always does, and on different browsers.
Throws you out after you save a change. The change is recorded for a while but you can not log in again in control panel. If you change your browser allows you to get saved but just throws you out again.

I will try to install the latest version but for now I'm in the situation of not being able to use a component just bought.
