Hi, I'm receiving this message from my Post By email chron job:

lock file /home/virtfs/_lock/61163 created by pid 326586 was not removed before the process died.
Unable to create directory /home/virtfs/ <local directory> / usr / local / cpanel

Any help it fixing this would be appreciated

I appreciate that the message is generated by the cron job, not the component. The error is however blocking the component from doing its job, so I was hoping someone in the forums had come across a similar problem and had a solution - or a suggestion - on how to clear the error.
