I get weather updates from the National Weather Service that contain a short text explanation and then links to page that contains all of the details.

Is there a way to use Post-By_Email combined and the features Joomla Scraper to create content from the link in the mail? (I don't mind paying extra for Joomla Scraper).

The example email is below. The link points to a page that contains a lot of information about the weather alert.
