Hi,

I AM NOT A PROGRAMMER / DEVELOPER !
I have a VPS hosting and the hosting company doesn't do such installs.
I want to install Ioncube loader in the Home folder which is outside the public_html folder and is the folder of my main domain.
I don't see a .htaccess file, where is it located and do I need to create it.
At which point do I need to extract/unarchive the tar.gz file and in this case do I extract it in the Home folder?

Is simple, there is no programming.

First ask your host support:
1. what type is your server (ask them what type i must download from this list: http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php )
2. what is exact relative path to your public_html

3. than read guide how to install ioncube.


If you think that you cant do this, post here type of server and path and i will write here in monday step by step guide.
