I have 2 questions:

1- what or how are the commands we should enter in the cron box in the component admin ? - Is this line alone ok :

5 0 * * *

2- when I run the url

Without errors we cant say you nothing and we cant help you, sorry. Problem is may be in your server configuration or in php config if is php 5.2.xx. mbstring and some other php modules are required ( these modules are included in php 5.2.xx )

Test on different site with well configured server.
