No Save Or Cancel Button On New Rss Feed Creation, if is not installed the right ioncube version Options

Hi 3DW,

I need help to resolve this problem, when I press on the New button to create a new feed it show the form to fill and configure the feed but the top save and close buttons are not being showed.

This happened when installed on your server version of ioncube loader is for wrong server type, is for wrong php version or ioncube is old version (is not updated). Check:
1. Is installed the right ioncube version?
2. Is updated ioncube with latest version of ioncube loader?
3. Is loaded the right loader for your php version?

I see error like in your case only twice:
Case one: on one server was installed ioncube for Linux (x86), but server type was Linux (x86-64). After
Case two: Your host support or server admin may be is update php version. When php version on your server is php 5.3 (loaded file must be ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so) but in php.ini code was loaded ioncube for php 5.2 for example (ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so).

Check your php.ini, there must be line like this:

zend_extension = /home/myuser/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so

and make neccessary changes.
