Blank/white Screen When Trying To Add Feed Options

Having an issue with Scraper. Installed it (Joomla 2.5), but when I go to add a new feed, it goes to a blank/white screen (index.php). I've already checked to make sure ionCubeLoader and mbstring are both enabled. Version of php on the server is 5.3.3. Memory limit is 128 and max execution time is 120. Any idea why this could be happening?

You can get blank screen only when ioncube loader is not installed. Here is how to install Ioncube Loader guide.

Or switch on error reporting in joomla's global config at max and open page again. Check also error log and Post here error.

Actually, it seems like this had something to do with the Kunena extension needing to be updated. Everything seems to be working okay now.

What is your kunena version? Scraper for Joomla 2.5 is tested with Kunena before about 10-14 days (last time).

So I was able to use the scraper for about a week since i bought it a few months ago and it suddenly stopped working, well it started going to a blank page when I selected it from the back end of Joomla!.

I don't know what caused this are when it started happening, I just logged in one day and went to use the plug-in, and noticed that didn't work. Below is my server information and PHP information.

Joomla Version 2.5.14
PHP Version 5.3.27
and its the lates version of the plugin I downloaded a few days ago I dont know wheree to find a version number since I cant even access the plugin.

I have the same issue. Whenever I try to open the scraper component in the backend I get a blank page.

I noticed that it only happens when a php.ini file is located and active in the administrator folder. When I remove it, Scraper component works OK.

Scraper require ioncube loader. If is installed on server, loader is configured in php.ini.
If you place php.ini in public folder, you override standart server php.ini and as result, loader is not configured to the right path.

So, if you want to change some settings on hosts like this, ask your host support to change these setings or ask "where is my active php.ini for this account .... i want to change ... parameter"
