Replies Going To New Topic, Different Category Options

Hi, I have looked through the forum and cannot find a solution.
When I reply to an email (to post to the Kunena forum topic), it instead puts the reply in the first category (different one) and starts a new topic. I've tried adding key words from the subject line in the Reply Tag field, but that doesn't seem to help. I do have the Kunena section set to "post as reply- YES".

Any advice would be greatly appreciated since I can't seem to figure this out myself after several hours.

When you select to post as reply in kunena, "Forum" and "Thread ID" options don't work - parser post email in the right topic automatically based on email name (name of topic must be included in email title).

Valid subject should look like this:

Fwd : [Forum Name] Topic Title (Category Name)

If you wish email to be published to specific topic configuration should look like this:

Yes, I saw that those fields are, by default, disabled when it's set as "Post as reply - YES". But the replies are supposed to detect which category and include it in the correct thread. Mine does not do that. It instead sticks it in the Suggestion Box category instead of the applicable Ancient History category.

OK, but this work only if you configure the right "reply tag". If email is written from non-english user, tags are different. If joomla and kunena sent email on some other language, tags are again different.
