Unable To Add Feed Options

Greetings

I am trying to add feeds to the Joomla Scapper, however when I click on "new" from the component admin page, it loads my index.php file and not the page to add the feed details.

Have you seen this before? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the component with no luck.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I have confirmed that ioncube loader and mbstring are enabled on my server (already installed). Are there other configurations I should be checking?

Ryan, i know that you use scraper on two different websites. As you know, extension work well. Is problem only on your new site (domain two) or on both?

What are versions? Joomla 2.5? Php version?

No. Problem like this can be conflict with other extension or problems with access permission.

Also, I've installed the same component files on both sites. It works on my original domain, but not on the added domain.

Will be checked today. But Problem like this can be only conflict with other extension for joomla security or extension controlled access permissions in your joomla.



P.S. We check on our test servers - there is no problem inside extension. Extension can be accessed only from licensed domain, not from development server - this is the reason. Upload it on real end site and just start to use it.
