Aggregator Gold Suggestions, gold version suggestions Options

Hello. The gold version also needs addition of next necessaries functions:
1. to integrate news posting with joomfish, that means making certain translation for certain site's languages.
2. ability of replacing words with their synonyms.
3. checking of feed renewing, that mean: fro example, if I set cron job to one hour, and news on some site renews with non constant period, Joomla Aggregator component will itself decide to add one, two, etc. news or generally none.
It can be realized, by taking last topic of article of previously added news block, and checking if such topic is present in fresh news block.
If similar article (topic of article or first five words in text) is found, then adding fresh news from found position.
if not found, then waiting for next scanning.

If something is already present, please correct me.

Similar function now work under tab Cache. SimplePie cache save copy of rss feed in temp directory. When You run cronjob to import of some feed often in most cases duplicates are not imported. Imported in website are new items only.

One more feature puts me in aggregator heaven. On the "read more" link can there be a setting to open the link in new window? I want to leave my site open so visitors come back after visiting the original story.
