Post By Email - Pdf Attachment Options

I am having issues when sending an email with a PDF attachment, it is not displaying the link to the attachment in the K2 Article. I have tried using the following in the HTML container without success.

Option 1: <img src="%s" title="%s" />
Option 2: <a href="%s" title="Attachment" style="clear:both;font-family:arial;font-size:14px;" />Attachment</a>

1. added application/pdf as an accepted mime type
2. Email is submitted and created successfully
3. Attachment is successfully saved in the attachment folder specified
4. No Link to attachment in the article.

K2 2.6.2
PHP Version 5.3.20

What I see in your configuration is that you are embedding your PDF as an image...

You should use something like:

Edit: your second option should work OK...
