Sample Post By Email Email Parser Script? Options

Hi,

Would you have a sample email parser script that you could share for Post by Email please?

Basically looking for something that will take a plain text email separated by carriage returns like this:

December 12th, 2014
Changes in world economy
Today there was an announcement that said the world economy was changing


And take the first line as the created date, the 2nd as the K2 article title and the 3rd as the article content.
