Error While Saving E-mail Settings In Gmail And Google Apps, Gmail and Google Apps email settings error Options

Hi Guys,

every time i try to save the email-settings of a gmail account i get only the message "Error while saving the e-mail settings" not very helpful.

I'm using PHP Version 5.4.17 and Joomla 2.5.11 with the latest Post by Email Version.

Maybe you write me an email so i could give you access to my page.

Hi, i did before but there was no error message so i installed the component a second time now the saving works.

But!

now I get following error message:

[ssl://pop.gmail.com:995]: Unable to establish link to the POP3 server. POP3 pass: Authentication failed [-ERR [AUTH] Web login required: https://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=78754]

the login with the right adress/password works!

Löschen Sie das CAPTCHA. Wenn Sie ein Google Apps-Nutzer sind, rufen Sie www.google.com/a/Ihre_domain.de/UnlockCaptcha?hl=de auf, um das CAPTCHA zu löschen.
