Cron ? Options

I try to use the Cron since few days... I put "5 1 * * *" but the Scrapper don't run automaticately, I need to start the import manualy. Am I alone in this case ?

Cron work, but you must configure cron on 2 places: in your cpanel or other control panel of server and in rss feed in component.

Set cron to run in your control panel (cpanel or other) every 3 minutes (recommended)

Original cron :

/usr/local/bin/php -q /relative path to host directory/public_html/mycron.php >> /dev/null

What is the format for Windows ?
I tried

C:\PHP\php.exe -q C:\inetpub\wwwroot\mycron.php >> /dev/null

But ">> /dev/null" is not reconized.
