Mosets Tree Payments is definitely not the same as Payments For Joomla. They use different tables, there are some difference in the plugins as well. So you need to stick either to Mosets Tree Payments (and the plugins developed for this component) or to Payments For Joomla and the relevant plugins. You can not mix these.

A new plugin has been released - Paid Signtures in Kunena (for Kunena 2.0.1 and over). It hides the Kunena users' forum signatures unless the users are subscribed for their signatures to be shown.
 In this way you can monetize Kunena - all users who are not in the subscribers list will be without signature by default. Users will have pay for their signatures to be shown (along with the eventual links in it) for a certain period of time. A logged in user (not subscribed) will see a link to the subscription article in his signature field:  The plugin configuration:  There is an install.txt file in the plugin's archive, which describes the steps, needed to accomplish the installation: there are some modifications which has to be made in Kunena. A new version of the component is released today, as well as new versions of most of the action plugins. Latest version is v.1.1, released befor one hour.
These fix a bug, which hindered the action plugins' cron jobs by reporting wrong URL base and host. When installing (or updating to) the new version of the PFJ component, the correct URL base is now stored in the component's parameters, thus becoming available to the action plugins' cron scripts. Component is already updated in our site, all plugins that require update are updated also. |

A new version of the component will be released in several hours. It has a "Payments Log" view added, which gives info of the processed payment notifications.
 In order to upgrade, the following steps MUST be taken: 1. Edit /administrator/components/com_payments_for_joomla/uninstall.sql. Remove all its contents and save back the empty file. Do not remove the file! 2. Uninstall component Payments For Joomla. 3. Install component Payments. 4. Update all the payment methods and payment types (action) plugins using the Joomla's Extension Manager. |
