 500 Error After Installing Post By Email [solved] |

Everything else seems to work in my admin page but Post-by-email has a 500 error. Any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks. |

Check requirements of component - mbstring.

It is configured identically to my dev website and the dev website does not have the 500 error. I am running PHP 5.3.2 and Joomla 1.5.22 on the Prod website and 1.5.25 on the dev website. |

Yesterday our programmer send you email about your error with xajax.
Switch off or uninstall "plugins\system\blueflame" to make it working. Your server is on localhost, ok. This extension have troubles only with localhosts and strange configured servers - many requirements are inside and if any of them is not ok, result is - not working. Text extension on live joomla site on normal hosting account on any host company. I'll likely be uninstalling it later, but at least for now I have a work-around. Thanks for the help. |
