I purchased your component seo links pro and immediatly founded bugs.
I created 2 tickets in contact form but nobody ansewered.
I demand a refund or solve problems.

"immediatly found bugs" in component that is developed more than 2 years and is used on over 10,000 sites???

romagromov, we are not received anything from you. Please, explain us about your problems - post here more info, some link to example. If problem exist, we will solve problem in one working day.


Tickets in contact form dont work! Contact form is to contact owner of website, not for support! Many .ru domains are blocked over spam filters also.

This from dont support links and filter bad ip addresses of spammers and others... if your email or ip is in some list like stop forum spam, we dont receive anything!

1. Links don't work in taggs view.

Yes, seo links work only in content items view and optional on category view. Where you have read that component will work on tag view?

2. Some links don't work at all - I don't know why

Please, send me screenshot of your settings. I see on video two that you show menus and modules. This is component to create automatically links and ads inside content, not work with titles, menus, modules and more like this.

This is not a bug, megayalta .com/url.... is not a internal link. Internal link option work only with content and select button - will generate something like "index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=354"

1. Dont use Limit: 0 - Is very hard for server.
2. Html code and apostrophe are not supported in fields title and description! Do not post in these fields any type of apostrophe! (symbols ' and " )
3. Dont use external link type in combination with "index.php?option=...". If you use link type "external" you must use exact end url, examples:

If not work on your server, you can try to switch to other php function (preg replace or eregi replace). Configuration of this option is in content plugin:



preg replace is default and work on most servers.

Is it real to fix problem with tag view?

This is not a problem - nowhere in product description is not written that component have this function. If you want to work on this page also the way is only custom development.

Component really work without problems on many sites. But you have custom site, not clear jomla and clear k2 without other extensions installed. There always are chance to not work with combination of some other extensions - in joomla org are more than 10000 extensions! Debug show us that preg_replace regular expression in seo links plugin just dont work.

This is the resaon to rewrite this plugin to more robust version, without regular expressions.

About empty space: is k2 plugin switched on? Must be off, now in your site must work only content plugin. If there is some bug, will be fixed in monday morning. If you want, i will compensate you for your time and for your help to fix this bug - your help is usefull for us to make our component better.

I dont know why and where... preg_replace function just dont work and we change them. I send you PM.

Money are returned over paypal to user - user dont want to wait development of new version.



Edit: Problem is fixed, new version is released. User is banned due on inapropriate language. We dont want to give you new version for free, sorry.
