Post By Email Pro1.4.3 Importing Emails By Not Posting Them, Cannot post imported emails to kunena or articles Options

Hello:

I have purchased post by email pro and installed it, but I cannot get it to post to kunena or to a joomla article.

When I click on "Import", the program responds " emails imported"([mailbox name] in 0 seconds.

However, the emails do not appear in either kunena or in joomla articles.

Can you please help me set this up to work correctly? Thank you!

Reqirements of component are that you must have:

PHP 5 and MBString PHP extension: must be installed, enabled and properly configured.

so, please, check this also.

If you have problems again, please read support instructions and send me PM or send us email with data from error log or login for admin account in your site to resolve your problem.

Hello, and thank you for your reply and instructions.

1. I tested with the test email box you provided. No emails were received by the component.
2. I checked my email configuration. They seemed correct. Emails were reported as having been received, but they were not posted and could not be located anywhere.
3. I am aware that PHP 5 and MBString PHP extension: must be installed, enabled and properly configured. As I reported in the initial post, PHP 5.2.17 Mbstring are installed and enabled. I do not know what the proper configuration should be. I also do not know where to check it or tweak it. (I do have access to the PHP ini and advanced configurations if I can get directions on how to check if the configuration is correct and what the correct configuration should be.)
4. I read the support instructions. I set the error log to maximum. I will PM the error log.
5. I have sent you a PM with necessary credentials to access our site administration and cpanel. [Please pet the guard dog on the way in. His name is Fluffy, and he has three heads.] ; )

Looking forward to letting fellow users know if/ when we get this working.
