I am having problems with the pro version checking my gmail account- it just says processing but loops over and over and never stops? Any ideas- I have read about the isues with the basic version and gmail but thought that the pro version supported encryption? Phil |

SSL have nothing to do with this error. If not work with encryption, only subject of email will be imported. Check your configuration - change port maybe. Check first with our test email box.

I've tested it with the test email box and I get the same problem- processing just loops and loops- any ideas? Phil |

it goes to "processing" with the green bar going across but never stops, just continues to go on and on.

Problem is solved today. Requirements of component are not achieved on this server. Our extension Post by email use php function mbstring and this php module is required to work extension.
