Need A Shopping Cart, I need the Mail Order plugin but need more... Options

I really need something like oscommerce but without the option to have a payment gateway or shipping and i dont need to know their address or even register.

Your Mail Order plugin is the only thing that can do what my client wants except he also wants a cart and has about 50 products with needed options to add values to the products.

The type of store is a Bakery that makes pies, cakes and sells coffee.

He wants to collect the emails and then send out discount codes to apply later.

in the backend he would want to only see the person who ordered, their phone number, and what they want him to bake, and then the customer has to goto the store and pickup the pie when he gets called back when its done.

I must live in a stupid city because every job i get for website design is something rediculous and nobody has made anything like anyone here wants in a website that would be possible or even worth anyones time to make.

So, are you interested in a plan in the future to have what i ask above, maybie in a different pro package? Can you suggest any ecommerce software that would do what i need done already?
