Post By Email Cron Job Options

Hi I was wondering if anyone could give me a guide of how to set up a cron job to retrieve email and post it to the designated section. My hosts are 1&1 and setting up cron jobs is quite tricky for me with them. I've tried using jcron, but need some help with what syntax I should be using. Very confused

I still couldn't set up a cron job with my hosts (1&1), so I used jcron. I used the following settings:

web address fsockopen0
command to run:http://www.your_web_address.com/administrator/components/com_post_by_email/cron.post_by_email.php

Hope this helps others.
