Post By Mail Cron - Error Options

Hi -

When I run the cron URL, http://www.(mywebsite).com/administrator/c...st_by_email.php, I receive the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'JObservable' not found in C:\Inetpub\onlyinfluencers\libraries\joomla\html\editor.php on line 27

I am using the JCE Editor if that makes a difference.

I switched off the editor and get the same error.

I am using Post by Email 1.3.4, Joomla 1.5.22, Kunena Forum 1.6.1 on Windows Server 2003

Windows server have problem with any joomla. We cant configure any server.
