Hello, Bruno.
Yes, component import html messages, but attachments like pictures are not supported. We know problem and this function will be added in next version of Post By Email, but next version of this component will be after minimum 2-4 weeks.

When you have time to do it
 , maybe in about one month.We work on huge project - CMS fpr social site that is developed from zero, something like facebook and all updates of extensions are stopped to moment of finishing of this cms.
