Ok, here is my explanation:

1. if you have one keyword (example keyword - "seo") and you want that this keyword is converted to some link on all pages you just enter this keyword in seo links, configure options and ready - this is working.

2. But if you want to make this with other keyword that is phrase with 2 or more keywords (example keyphrase - "seo optimization") and one of these words is already configured (our example keyword - "seo" is part of "seo optimization")?
