 Post By Email - Error 500 With Community Builder, com_comprofiler error |

When trying to manually test PBM to import email messages to Kunena I am getting "Error 500 - Internal Server Error". PBM works fine if I import to a Joomla article. The error only occurs when posting to Kunena. Software Versions: Joomla: 2.5.18 Error log shows the following errors (edited): File does not exist: .../public_html/.../administrator/components/com_comprofiler/js I checked those folders and there is no js or plugin subfolders under .../public_html/.../administrator/components/com_comprofiler/. Those subfolders do exist under .../public_html/.../components/com_comprofiler/. |

Robert, our component is not com_comprofiler, is com_post_by_email. Ask comprofiler developer for this error. Our component Post by Email have no frontend, only admin (backend) and no integration with comprofiler.

Our application have no integration with com_comprofiler and i don't know why you got this error. If you find error in our component, post it here and problem will be fixed in one working day.

I can only assume that this plug-in has a conflict with Community Builder. Since I wasn't trying to post to Community Builder I did not realize it would be an issue. Sadly, that makes this extension useless to me. Perhaps you will include Community Builder support at some point in the future.

Sorry, but our component Post by Email have no integration with Community Builder (com_comprofiler). And this is described on product page.
Topic closed.
