Microvote Plugin Support Needed Please, Support to get configuration working Options

I have posted my issue on your microvote forum and received little response. I also sent a detailed message via forum message system as directed in the "how to get support" link from signature. I have received no reply to that message. I sent my temp Joomla Super Admin details.

Please explain how we are to get support for your plugins?

We are company from only three people. You ask for custom job in forum, i answer you that we dont have possiblities to make custom jobs for free.

I have temporary SuperAdmin account for your assistance if you can help try. We have error reporting on but nothing is being produced. It is ok to provide support via email in working hours of your country - we are in USA.

Our setup is slightly complex but think it should work.

In essence - we have an article submission from registered user that takes advantage of JCE template to make sure content is uniform. The user edits the template article content and submits. We approve once reviewed and publish.

The article GPX file is created by a component called WISroGIS Webris and it works as a plugin into an article. So the code for this plugin is {WISroGIS map_id='6' ~} which is inserted in our article titled "Create Ride". This code inserts a map into our content item. When we add your code the snippett is not being added and we do not know why.

Also another way we have tried working this is to insert your code snippet directly into the "Share Ride" upload tool for our users. In this tool they can take the file they exported from create ride tool and upload it to our site. This is very similar to adding an article but is uses the GPSTools component. In this tool we use JCE editor and have tried to insert code into html with no luck.

We dont have financial possibility to make any new function or change for free. In our TOS is described that extensions are "AS IS".

Please, say me where are you have read that we make modifications in this way? We dont guarantee that plugin will work in other components than content and K2, is described n product, in guide in forum - everywhere.
