Create file with name mycron.php. Code for this php file:

Upload file mycron.php in your public_html. Create cronjob in your cpanel with command:

Please check if the allow_url_fopen is enabled in your php.ini. Or you have something installed that prevents the access to yoursite.com/administrator/componen....aggregator.php (.htaccess or some access control component).

cron.aggregator.php must be accessed through the http protocol
