Seo Links Pro Not Working With K2 [solved] Options

Hello!

I purchased the Seo Links Pro component yesterday after testing it out on your test server. It seemed to work out well with K2 on your test server, but it fails to work properly on my web page. I have a few questions that I would like you to answer to, thank you in advance!

1. Are longer phrases linked only when they are inside quotation marks? This means, for example: only "seo optimization" is linked, not seo optimization (without the quotation marks) ?

If this is the case, could you please edit the component so that phrases without the "" <- quotation marks are also linked.

2. I managed to get the links working when using the quotation marks, but only in tag pages. This means, for example: www.x.com/tag/x
The links arent working in the actual K2 content items (articles).

3. Even when the links are working in the tag pages, the links get \ around them, for example \"seo optimization"\. Why is this and how can this be avoided?

In short, how can I get the links to work in K2 content items, and can you edit the plugin so that phrases are edited into links without the quotation marks around them. Also, please remove the slashes = \ around the links.


Edit. In addition, I would like to ask: Should I use internal or external links when wanting to use the links in K2?

Dont forget that plugin of seo links have options to control too.

Only external links are supported in K2.

3. Then went to see if the phrase "Hello world" had been replaced by a link in the article item: http://wordpressaggregator.site-design.org...s-pro-demo-test BUT it hadn't.

I also did steps 1 and 2 in the reverse order, that is I first added the Seolink and only after that added the phrase to the content.

I also tried creating an entirely new content item: http://wordpressaggregator.site-design.org...m/49-helloworld with the phrase "Hello world" in the content but it didn't work.

So, where is the problem?

When I first purchased the extension and found out it wasn't working, I had doubts that this whole extension is a fake, but your "customer support" has been very good!

At the moment, I have one more question. I have many categories and sub-categories in my page, for example:
Category: Articles
Subcategories: Mammals, Reptiles, Insects

Does the Seolinks extension work in ALL of my K2 content items, even when they are located in a sub-category (possibly even in category->subcategory->subcategory->content item)? For example if the content item is located in www.x.com/articles/mammals/african_elephant, does the extension still work?

If it does, then everything should be fine after you find out what is wrong with the component. BUT, if it doesn't, I would like you to develop the Seolinks so that it Does.

If you get the component working, I am willing to read through all of the Seolinks component's instructions and correct possible grammatical mistakes as a sign of my gratitude. (I am an English student)

What is "fake" when you are in website of one of bigger joomla developers in the world? We have more than 10000 customer transactions

Long time ago, in 2006, when website joomla.org was still buggy and not discoverable in search engines, our site (based on joomla 1.0.12) was with onpage seo what now even Joomla 1.6 does not achieve

Seo links is developed to work with content in Joomla. K2 support is added only in "last minute" and we must develop more seriously options for k2. Now component have some bugs with work in k2, today i see this in tests.

I will say only one thing: We must released new version of component with more options for k2 and test well this version. This can't be done today or in 2-3 days, may be we release them in next 2 weeks. Updates are free, every customer can download update from you account.

Wow, we dont test with number higher than 120. May be 100-200. Not need to confugure too much keywords - every website can be optimized and achieve some good results in serch engines for limited number of keywords. 50 to 100 are enogh.

Could you explain how Seolinks component improves my websites SEO rank in practice? At the moment, I am only planning to use your component to automatically create links. As I am planning to create thousands of content items, I need a component which creates the links automatically because it would be too slow manually. As your component seemed the best choice for creating the links in K2, I decided to purchase it, and I haven't understood how the automatic creation of the links actually affects my web pages SEO rank?

Musica, Quotes have nothing about. No problem in component.

Component is working except this case:

Why: Component search between words in content for exact match, if some keyword is inside html tag, replacement will not work. This is because of these php functions that component and plugin use - preg_replace and mb_eregi_replace work in this way.

Is simple:

1. Plugin search in content for some word
2. If this keyword is sticky with some html tag like: <li>going to keyword</li> plugin cant recognize word and this keyword is not converted to link.
3. If around keyword are spaces, component know that this is the keyword and normal occurence will happened, etc. keyword goes to link.


If component not work (other case, not this), please, send here example to see and resolve them.

At the moment, the component isn't working with K2 at all. You seem to have repaired the problem on your test server but the version I'm using doesn't work with K2. I tried adding a new SEO Links item "Music" to my webpage and then added the text "Music" to one of my K2 items but it didn't transform into a link.

As it isn't working in K2, although you promised in the description that it would, the extension is unfortunately useless for me. Please send me a working version of the component or I will need to ask for refund.

I was saying that your extension doesn't work with K2, based on the fact that it doesn't work on my website and that it didn't work on your test website either. Creating only a Publisher account wouldn't be likely to help you solve the problem because I have tried several times to get the extension working, using several different phrases, for example "Joomla", "Finnish" etc. and none of them have worked.
