I was able to successfully load the component, but when I try to open to setup I get this error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getUserStateFromRequest() on a non-object in /homepages/11/d413386490/htdocs/villag/administrator/components/com_post_by_email/controller.php on line 61

I am using Joomla 2.5

I get the same error with both zip files.

Addendum: I have searched on the web and see that I bought the wrong version that only works with Joomla 1.5. I will buy the correct one and try that. I would appreciate a refund on the purchase of the wrong version. Thanks, Hal

You probably try to use old version for joomla 1.5 on joomla 2.5 site. Only Post by email Pro support Joomla 2.5 - is written in both pro and non-pro. This text is on page of Post by Email:
