How is spamm managed? Can the extension restrict posting only from specific domain or email addresses?

No, there ar no option like this. Spam can be managed only with address of email - oly users that know email address can post. If you want, you can create email box with some difficult name, like a password, for example "sh26dahws8q4hss6t2s8@email.com".

Advanced spam filters will be added maybe in next version - you are third user that ask for this function.

One way to manage unsolicited mail getting to your content as I've implemented is using the filters in your mail provider. In my case I use Gmail filters and as I want to receive emails only from one domain I will delete everything else entering the Inbox:

From: -@domain-to-accept.com
Action: Delete

The minus sign tells gmail: If it's NOT from @domain-to-accept.com DELETE the message.
