Hi,

I was hoping for some help.

I am using Joomla 1.6 and when I selected NEW I received this error.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mysite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.




I have read other posts and asked my website host to install and activate ioncube onto my website which they have and I have set my global configuration error reporting to Maximum.

Any ideas on how to fix this please.

If possible, create one temporary admin account for us to see problem in your site. Please, send me pm or email with more details.

And:
- Is this problem on custom server or on host company
- version of php

php 5.2.14 (but i think i will upgrade in a few weeks to 5.3 if it supports that)
