When I process incoming mails I see the following error message: ***ERROR (com_kunena) Unable to post message : Category Not Found I followed the instructions carefully but can't see what I'm doing wrong. Have also followed instructions at https://3dwebdesign.org/forum/index.php?act=SR&f=24 If I turn off "Post as Reply" then mails get posted to the forum but I want this feature. Check Thread ID. If exist, check thread and category permissions.

Maybe there is problem with parsing mail subject. Please give example for subject that you are trying to import without success. Are you using gmail?
Valid subject should look like this: Цитат Fwd : [Forum Name] Topic Title (Category Name)

Check Thread ID. If exist, check thread and category permissions. According to the instructions Thread ID isn't needed. 04.04.2013: v.1.7.8 for joomla 2.5 and v.1.8.7 for Joomla 3.0: added is Kunena parser. When you select to post as reply in kunena, "Forum" and "Thread ID" options don't work - parser post email in the right topic automatically based on email name (name of topic must be included in email title) Read more: https://3dwebdesign.org/forum/post-by-email...3#ixzz2d7OZa7wO Question 1: What is the full Syntax for the "Reply tag" field? QUOTE Fwd : [Forum Name] Topic Title (Category Name) Does it have to be in that order? Is (Category Name) even allowed in the field (as opposed to the email subject line) For instance could it be like this? Fwd : [Forum Name] (Category Name) Topic Title Question 2: Does my email have to have the cetegory name in the Subject line? Why can't it just pick up the (Category Name) from the extension? If got 7 years of mailman archive to send to a Kunena forum and need some way of doing it simply. I can extract the individual mails easily but it looks like I need to inject the category name into every subject. Question 3: I've looked for documentation on Post By Email Pro and can only find the release notes. Am I missing something? Many thanks for your help!
