Post By E-mail Pro Cron Job Not Completing :( Options

Have set up a cron job to run the following:

/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/symbioti/public_html/administrator/components/com_post_by_email/cron.post_by_email.php >> /dev/null

The cron job doesnt seem to be working though.
If I do a manual import, then the e-mails get picked up, so the e-mail account is set correctly.

Something wrong with my code for the cron job?

Activate error reporting at max, than open url of cron job in browser. If work, only your host company support can help you, say them something like:
