Post By E-mail: Reply To Email From Kunena Format Options

I have Joomla 2.5, and latest Kunena 2.04 integrated with Community Builder. I have a question as to how post by email works.
Thanks for help.

I understand that with post by email a user can send an email to a 'secret account' and that email will be posted to a specific Kunena forum thread.

My Questions:

Does post by email structure or have contained in the reply email sent from the forum a way for the user to reply right from that email with out having to be directed back to the forum and then login like the standard way the forum emails are formatted?

When a user posts to one of the forums an email is sent to those users who are subscribed to that forum. By using post by email does the user type in a reply and click send for that email just like any other email reply?

OR, to reply to the forum email they receive, will the user need to click a link and be sent to the forum to log in and type their reply. This is how my users must now reply.
