I've created the required "postbyemail" folder on my server and have verified that it is set up correctly in the Post By Email parameters ("The directory exists / is writeable: Yes / Yes"). However, when I attach an image to an e-mail, it does not appear embedded in the post. Rather, a link to the image is appended at the bottom of the post. Is this by design? My assumption was that the image itself would appear in the post rather than a link to the image.

I attempted to find out how images were handled prior to purchasing the extension but couldn't find anything in your documentation on that subject.
