How To Install Ioncube Loader, If Is Not Installed In Your Hosting you can read here: How To Install Ioncube

No way to broke your site. This component dont have site part - only admin part.
Please, do not post menu to component - this is only way to broke your site.

In admin you can configure every rss feed and where this feed is imported (in which section and category).

If you want - create one temporary admin account for us in your site and i personally configure your rss feeds.
