I just bought joomla scraper but after install and configuration, synonyms databases are not shown in admin. See your screen here:

Scraper have great advantages and can produce 100% unique content over function substitution with synonyms. But synonym database is not included in Joomla Scraper!

Synonyms must be special formatted to be imported in joomla database and to be accessed in Joomla Scraper admin. If you already have synonym database (and if you are a programmer), you may need about FOUR working hours to format your synonyms in this way. Database is big file - about two MB sql file.

You will receive zip file - to insert in phpmyadmin with one click. After this database will be shown in admin and will be selectable in rss feed.

Joomla Scraper can work with many synonym databases. Feed one can work with english synonym database, feed two can work with german synonym database, feed three with russian synonyms database.
