Today is added integration of Seo Links Pro with Kunena 2.0 and over for both versions - in Joomla 2.5 and in Joomla 1.5 version.

Seo Links Pro v.3.3 for Joomla 3.0 is here - is added version for Joomla3.0 in package. Now in package are three versions - one for Joomla 3, one Joomla 2.5 and one for Joomla 1.5.

Component support Joomla 3.0 in content and K2 only! May be will work with some other components, but is not tested!

New version is available - v.3.4 for Joomla 3.0 and v.3.3 for Joomla 2.5. New functions inside: added is class option for generated links, self linking protection and "select k2 item" when type of link is internal.


Are updated only joomla 3.0 and joomla 2.5 versions! Joomla 1.5 version is not supported from 15 February 2013.

Seo Links is updated again - are updated version for Joomla 2.5 and for Joomla 3.0 - bug fix with small/upper case when using other than latin charset.

Today is released V.3.4 for Joomla 2.5: added is really important for SEO option: cache. Cache option is in plugin and work over Joomla database:



With cache switched on, seo links work faster and with less database queries. If cache is switched ON, Seo Links Pro saves 1 database query on every page request!

Now both versions (3.4 for joomla 2.5 and 3.5 for joomla 3.x) are improved. Caching is done on the basis of editorial content and settings of active words. Thus ensuring that the publish/unpublish word will be reflected in the site content while not losing productivity.

2013-10-03: New versions are released - v.3.5 for joomla 2.5 and v.3.6 for joomla 3.x

New functionality is added. Now is posible to target only special characters. This option will be very usefull for example if you need to transform all dots or commas in text to ads. You must activate this mode of functionality in each item configuration by switching "Simple Replace" to "Yes". In this mode exact matches will be replaced regardless of what they are surrounded.

Trying to upload latest version through extension manager when in upload package file I get


Warning

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

Could you please advise how to install?

There are many extensions inside zip file (in package are versions for 3 different joomla versions and some guides).

Seo links pro is updated again today. New version is v.3.6.1 for joomla 3.xx.
Changes: Compatibility fixes with newest php versions.

Only version for Joomla 3 is updated!

New version 3.6.2.1 for joomla 3.x is released.

Option for protecting tags is added in the plugin. Go to "Extensions -> Plugin Manager -> Content - SEOLinks Plugin"



Option is labeled "Protect tags" and will protect all tags from modifications.

How it works?
1. All tags in content are replaced with unique markers.
2. Modifications are made.
3. Markers are replaced with corresponding tags.

Example:
In the following HTML:

<a href="/test.php">Link to test.php</a> test <img src="test/image.jpg" /><script>test('testing');</script>


content which will be protected is:

<a href="/test.php">
</a>
<img src="test/image.jpg" />
<script>
</script>


Content that will left for modifications will be:

If you have configured word "test" to be replaced with "experiment", produced string will be:

New small update to seolinks for joomla 2.5.
Version number is 3.5.1

Update improves performance on category pages.
It is very important for categories in which should not run.

Hiya,
I've just installed the latest SEO Links Pro for Joomla 3.5.1 and latest Kunena is also installed on my site. I've found in SEO Links in Kunena 4 and Kunena 3.txt:
"Important: If you want to use SEO Links Pro inside Kunena, Do not set a Description to your SEO links!"
But it works like a cham on my site, so I'am confused. Can I use it or not?
Any help appreciated

Description field is not working in Kunena - text is visible only in admin, so, if you want, use it. But keep in mind to avoid special characters like quotes in this field!
